Ibis Manchester Centre 96 Portland Street Hotel

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the Christmas markets. The hotel had great facilities and the bar area was nicely designed.

This hotel was the perfect choice for my Christmas stay. the location couldn't have been better, with everything I needed just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring.

We were there for shopping and had a good stay. Had perfect location by tram, a minute walk from a public square. And it was also near city centre, clubs are located and transport. Food in the downstairs bar was freshly made.

Even though we loved the stay, a few staff members were absolutely rude.

Everything was very clean, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. Relaxing room, comfortable bed and we liked clean bathroom. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a publicly owned art museum.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean room, plenty of nearby dining options, easy to get around.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Manchester, in a convenient area close to the Arndale shopping centre and the Palace theatre. The value for money is great, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff was professional, friendly, polite, and very helpful. The rooms had some nice extras like 2 cans of interesting beer and 3 little pots of honey, and the furniture was in great condition. Additionally, breakfast was included and even had hot items like baps with a voucher.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

It was lovely time in Manchester. All was clean, I loved perfect location and staff. Quiet room.

Breakfast was gorgeous, entire staff was cheerful. Had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. Had no problem using their discounted parking, the internet was very good. Found in the nice enough area really close to Piccadilly Gardens, clubs are located. Plus it was a short walk to a publicly owned art museum.

Although I did experience some minor inconveniences, such as a basic and slightly noisy room, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. The overall comfort of the bed was decent, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was satisfactory, albeit with a basic, plastic design.
